Philosophy of Ministry

My calling in the ministry is to educate, equip and arm believers with scripture, prayer, and faith; through preaching, teaching, and leading so they can be prepared spiritually, faithfully, and practically to lead the church effectively, follow Christ intentionally and make disciples continuously.

Educate - Education involves the beliefs of the church and the Holy Scriptures.
Equip – Equipping involves how to live a Christian life and share the gospel.
Arm – Arming involves being prepared for spiritual battles, and challenges of the Christian journey.
Preaching – Preaching is the proclamation of God’s Word.
Teaching – Teaching is the explanation of God’s Word.
Leading – Leading is the life practical demonstration of God’s Word in my own life and the discipleship of those to whom I am ministering.
